At Luxe Perfume, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Email us at wsanders564@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.


Refunds

  • Once your return (if applicable) is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened fragrance products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund as outlined above.
