Delivery Time

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Orders returned to us due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

• For lost packages, please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived after 7 business days from the expected delivery date.
